The fastest way to resolve account or purchase issues is email. Include your platform (iOS or Android), app version if you know it, and what you already tried.
iPhone or iPad: Open the App Store, search for Calmtopia Kids, and install. If Family Sharing is on, confirm which Apple ID owns the subscription.
Android: Open Google Play, search for Calmtopia Kids, and install. Purchases follow the Google account shown in Play.
First session: Sit with your child the first few times so the app feels like a calm tool together, not a task.

Account, sign-in, and profiles
Parent account & child profiles
Use a parent or caregiver email you check regularly — that is where receipts and important notices go.
Child profiles are for organizing calm practice and insight. Only adults should manage account credentials.
If you replace your phone, sign in again with the same provider (Apple / Google / email) you used originally.
Forgot which sign-in you used
Try the email that receives App Store or Play receipts. If you are still stuck, email support@calmtopia.com from any address you might have used and we will help narrow it down.
Purchases, renewals, and refunds
Restore purchases: In the app, use any Restore purchases control on the paywall or settings screen. On iOS you can also check Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, confirm you are on the Google account that bought the app or subscription.
Cancel a subscription: Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel from the same place you manage other subscriptions — we cannot cancel Apple/Google renewals from our inbox.
Refund requests: Start with Apple or Google support policies; if you were charged incorrectly, email us with the order ID and we will help.
Devices, updates, and audio
Update the app: Install the latest Calmtopia Kids build from the App Store or Google Play. Many playback and stability fixes ship in updates.
No sound: Check the device mute switch and volume, confirm Bluetooth is not routing audio elsewhere, and try headphones once to isolate speaker issues.
Offline use: Some experiences need a connection for streaming content. If something will not load on Wi-Fi, try cellular once to rule out network filters.
Accessibility: Use system text size and display accommodations — Calmtopia Kids is built for larger tap targets and calmer motion, but your OS settings still help.
Safety & crisis resources
Calmtopia Kids is not an emergency service. We do not monitor chats in real time and we cannot dispatch help.
Immediate danger (U.S.): Call 911.
Mental health crisis (U.S.): Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Outside the U.S.: Contact your local emergency number or a trusted local crisis line.
Email support@calmtopia.com. Include whether you are on iOS or Android, the email on the account, and what you expected to happen versus what happened. Screenshots help but are optional.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Calmtopia Kids while signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that purchased the subscription, then use Restore purchases inside the app. If nothing returns, send us the receipt ID from Apple or Google.
Do kids need their own email?
No. A parent or caregiver should own the account. Child profiles are set up inside the grown-up account so you can guide use and review insight together.
Can more than one child use Calmtopia Kids?
Many families add more than one child profile when their plan allows. Each profile keeps recommendations and parent insight organized separately.
How do I delete my data?
Start in the app’s parent settings if a self-serve delete option is available. You can always email support@calmtopia.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm account ownership before removing data tied to purchases.
No. Calmtopia Kids supports everyday emotional education and calming routines. It does not diagnose conditions or replace care from a licensed clinician.
What if the app crashes or freezes?
Update iOS or Android, update Calmtopia Kids, restart the device, and try again. If it persists, email support with your device model, OS version, and whether the problem happens on Wi-Fi, cellular, or both.
